Languages at Ohio State
Ohio State offers more than 30 languages, many of which have majors and/or minors for students wishing to pursue their language study beyond the three-semester General Education Requirement. OSU's language departments offer a variety of study and work abroad programs in the languages they teach. These programs can be short-term trips that follow a culture course, summer study abroad programs, semester- or year-long programs, as well as international internships.
