Software and Instructional Design Skills
The software and associated tutorials included in the certification program are geared toward helping students become competent users of basic multimedia technology that is useful, effective and appropriate for their language classroom materials preparation. Once these skills are learned, the student instructors will then go on to expand their technology horizons and capitalize upon the abundant technology resources at their disposal to implement strategies of course design that are most appropriate for L2 learners.
