1) Students will be able to greet with a bow or shaking hands at any time of the day
2) Students will be able to introduce their names to their classmates.
Lesson Plan Activities and Allotted Time
Presentation
1) A teacher (T) greets the students, "
An-nyung-ha-se-yo (how are you?)" with a bow
and greets the students shaking hands. The T teaches them gesture first.
Practice:
2) (1 min.) T repeats it several times. T asks each student (S) to repeat after T.
Application:
3) ( 2 min) Ss responds to the T by either with a bow or shaking hands
4)T keep saying ' good job' to Ss whenever they responds correctly.

Presentation:
5) ( 3 minutes) T indicates several different times of the day, morning, afternoon, and
evening. T keeps greeting "
An-nyung-ha-se-yo" at any time of the day. Ss practice

An-nyung-ha-se-yo"
6) ( 4 minutes) T introduces her name, " Yi Youngjoo" to the class.
('
Chu-nun, Yi, Youngjoo, im-ni-da' = 'I, Yi, Youngjoo am') T reads the students name in
a Korean way, last name first and first name later.
Practice:
Students repeat after the T, "
Chu-nun........, im-ni-da'
7) T keep saying 'good job' in Korean. (classroom expression)

8) Review "
