Rebecca Bias

Rebecca Bias is the Assistant Director of the Foreign Language Center and the Co-Director of the CAAP Program.  CAAP is an early assessment program for Ohio high school students of Spanish, French, German and Chinese.  Rebecca received her Ph.D. in French Cinema and Technology in the Language Classroom from Ohio State in 2005.  In addition to coordinating annual FLC events such as Career Night and LangFest, as well as monthly career building events, she supervises the Foreign Language Technology Certificate Program for graduate students.  She also teaches the innovative course, FLC Radio, where students of French, Italian, Spanish, Russian and Modern Greek train to be radio DJs and broadcast live worldwide in the target language.
