Ohio State's Czech Mates
On February 21, 2009 the Czech Mates had the opportunity to meet and thank Columbus Blue Jackets, Jan Hedja, Rusty Klesla, Jiri Novotny, and Jakub Voracek after the hockey game at Nationwide Arena. The Czech Mates are a group organized by the Columbus Blue Jackets Foundation on behalf of these Czech players. The players generously donated tickets to Blue Jackets' home games to Ohio State University students of Czech, their friends, family, and members of the Central Ohio Czech community.
